We started this company after 17 years of managing marketing & communications for small to billion dollar companies. We saw a gap in the market. We saw small business owners struggling with digital marketing, not knowing where to start and not knowing what works best for their specific businesses. We also saw bigger companies who had spent thousands of dollars on their campaigns only to see them fail because they didn't truly understand the digital marketing landscape.

Jason Tie, Lead Consultant

As the lead consultant at TurtlerockCo, Jason Tie is an accomplished CMO with a proven track record of success in leading marketing operations and delivering profitable results for small to billion-dollar companies.

In addition to over 17 years of experience in both Marketing & Sales, Jason is also a real estate marketing specialist with extensive experience in the industry. He has successfully led IOI Properties Group's Sales & Marketing operations, with an annual revenue of RM2.4 billion across multiple regions in Malaysia.

He delivered 30% Y-o-Y revenue growth through marketing & sales transformations from brand impact to marketing engagement, digital customer experience, communications to sales operations. He has also led multiple hotels across Malaysia covering Revenue Management, Guest Engagement, Operational efficiency, Talent Management & Financial operations.

As a CMO, Jason recognizes the common mistakes that business owners make in marketing and how it can negatively impact their business. He understand that small and medium-sized businesses often do not have access to a CMO due to budget constraints, but he intend to use his billion-dollar experience to help these businesses by providing CMO on demand services, which allows them to have access to a CMO on an as-needed basis at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time CMO.

Jason is also a Digital Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated history of driving an in-sourced team of digital marketing campaign managers.

Jason holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Wawasan Open University and a Bachelor's Degree in Design Technology with Honors from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.

He also holds various Google certifications and Assistant Instructor (AI) in Skin & Scuba Diving from National Association of Underwater Instructors, Florida, USA.
